POLICY & TERMSBOOKINGS.
To secure a date, a signed contract is required with a full payment due at the time of signing. Please be advised, dates and scheduled service times will only be reserved when a signed contract and payment are received
This Contract contains start time and estimated finish time initiated and approved by client. When reserving your date, book accordingly. Any additional makeup needs outside contract times will only be performed at the discretion of the makeup artist. All persons involved in makeup appointments need to be available at the scheduled time.
A trial session does NOT ensure booking. Celebrity Makeovers will perform the “Initial Consultation” to determine make-up colors and application method, per the requirements of the Client. It is highly recommended that the client gets images of the style of makeup and hairstyle they wish our stylist to recreate. Consultations are limited to one look, additional fees apply for additional looks. Consultations are held at Celebrity Makeovers studio and will last a maximum of 1 hour. Trial Sessions are NOT refundable.
The artist has the discretion to not to provide service until full payment is received.
- Acceptable forms of payment are CASH, CREDIT CARD and DIRECT DEBIT
– For all Credit Card transactions, a transaction fee of 2% will apply
Start time at 5am and Prior incurs additional fee of $75
30 mins Max for hairstyle and makeup for flower girls
There is $1.00 per km travel fee (round trip) for locations more than 10 km of Celebrity makeovers studio, which is in Underwood, Queensland.
Where Parking, Toll Roads, Valet may be incurred the amount will be included in the final.
It is highly advisable that the room used for styling is air conditioned in order to reduce the chance of sweating ultimately affecting the makeup application
Please ensure we have ample working area for our products to be placed – Ideally a dining table.
In the event of cancellation. Fifteen (15) days notice is required. If insufficient notice is provided before the scheduled event, 50% of the full payment is not refundable.
All monies paid by client will be refunded if the contract is cancelled within three (3) days of contract signing. After the three (3) day grace period, should a client cancel the booked event or any service on a contract, 50% of the full payment will be refunded to the client. If Artist cancels at any time or are unable to perform her duties for any reason, a full refund by the artist will be made and no further liability will exert by the artist to the client. There are NO refunds after service (s) have been provided for and/or event is completed. We HIGHLY encourage our clients to book an “initial Consultation” to determine whether they would like to book us for their event
A late fee of $15.00 will be charged for every 15 minutes of delay when a client is late for the scheduled time, or if scheduled makeup exceeds allotted time due to client delays.
Once the agreement has been signed, the Client will be responsible to pay in full for all parties that fail to show up for their appointment time.
At the request of the client, the event date/time/location may be changed with the approval of the artist. For any changes to dates/times/location within 14 days of the event start date, a fee of $50.00 will apply and additional costs such as travel fees may apply.
All costs for travel to a booked event are to be paid by Client. Costs may include, but are not limited to Airfare, Hotel, Transportation, Service Incidentals and all taxes. The Artist will furnish any and all receipts and invoices of all charges and/or payments made by them to be re-imbursed by the client. Client is responsible for reserving lodging the night preceding the event.
Locations of service for the day-of-event will be at the discretion of the client but there are certain requirements the artist needs to complete the services. A “set up” table/work area needs to be made available for the artist at said location. Working electrical outlets must be available for use by the artist. Ample lighting, whether by means of natural light or by lamps, must be provided for service to be performed properly.
An additional surcharge of 20% will apply to the artist normal rates if events are booked on public holidays
I give approval for photographs to be taken and used for education and publication purposes on our website and social media pages.
The client must certify that all the information on this form is accurate and complete. I hereby indemnify and hold Celebrity Makeovers and its employees harmless for any damages that may occur as a result of any services and that any services is taken at my own risk. I understand that the failure to disclose information requested above may result in adverse effects/reaction.
In the event the client is unhappy with the services provided, a full money back guarantee will be provided on condition that all work undertaken by the artist is undone or removed, ie. makeup is completely removed and hairstyling is removed to its original state.
